2.1 Creating a new Project


To create a project, you need the Create Projects permission in the Site Administrators profile.

  1. Go to Administration >> select the Projects tab


  2. Click the "Add new project" Add_new_project_button.png button. A New Project form display to enter project's information
    • Enter Project Name and Description
    • Define the project's timeline with Start and End Date. End Date can be defined later. 
    • Assign a user to the project as Project Admin

      Button-Info-icon.pngOnly users invited into site will be available to be assigned as the Project Admin.

  3. Click "Add" button to finish creating the new project.



  • By default, the project creator will be assigned as the Project Admin. However, you can assign another user as the Project Admin.
